Toss together 1 cup of blueberries , 2 cups green grapes and 2 cups of sliced strawberries in a medium bowl , Then whisk together 1/2cup plain , 1 tablespoon lemon juice , fat-free yogurt , 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon honey in a small bowl , Finally pour the dressing over fruit then toss gently (Makes 5 servings).

Ingredients :
-2 large eggs
-2 cups smooth natural peanut butter
-2 cups granular no-calorie sucralose sweetener (e.g Splenda)

How To Prepare / Method
First Preheat oven to 350 degrees F , Then and lightly grease a baking sheet , mix together in a bowl eggs, peanut butter, sucralose thoroughly.
Using spoonfuls drop mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Finally bake in the preheated oven until center appears dry (about 8 mins).

Ingredients :
-1 small package sugar free vanilla instant pudding
-(1/2)2 cups raspberries
-1 baked pie crust
-8 oz sugar free whipped topping

Beat together the whipped topping and dry pudding after pie crust is completely cooled , Next blend in raspberries and spoon into pie shell , Finally chill and serve.



5. Sugar Free Banana Pudding Cake


Ingredients :
-2 sm sugar free instant pudding
-2 sliced bananas
-1 Angel Food cake (split in half)

How To Prepare / Method
In the bottom of a large towel place half of the cake , Then and on top of cake arrange bananas and pour 1 pre fixed pudding over that.
Next is to put the other half of cake on top and pour the remaining pudding over cake , Finally chill and serve.
